We Live Under a Quangocracy

The UK’s quango state is a £353 billion empire, built on taxpayer funds while evading public scrutiny. Despite promises of reform, successive governments – including Keir Starmer’s – have only entrenched these unelected bodies, which advance a left-liberal agenda without democratic oversight. As unaccountable “experts” accumulate power, the public is left footing the bill for an inefficient, ideologically-driven system. How much longer can we afford to let this unchecked power thrive?
